“Austin Powers XXX: A Porn Parody Porn Movie” Vivid Porn Movies” Vivid, whose spoofs have run the gamut from ‘70s sci-fi to ‘80s favorites, is primed to give another blast from the past its hardcore due in Austin Powers XXX: A Porn Parody. With its libidinous hero and array of risqué puns (not to mention that bizarre scene with the penis pump), Austin Powers has always been a franchise begging for this kind of treatment. Who better than director B. Skow to marshal all these tantalizing themes into the ultimate parody of ‘90s and ‘60s nostalgia alike?

Tommy Pistol fits himself for the prominent teeth and bald cap of Austin and Dr. Evil, respectively; with Allie Haze, Raylene and Nina Hartley appearing as sexy foils for both hero and villain. Given Vivid’s impressive track record with parodies, this latest entry might even manage to improve on the source material. After all, Mike Myers’s broad impersonations would have had an extra kick if they’d been interrupted by an occasional wild and crazy sex scene, right?
