On her stage name:

It’s actually a funny story. So I started off in the industry as Liv Aguilera. But even though I look very much Latina, I’m multiracial, raised in a Filipino household with a Creole dad so it’s an ethnic mess. And so, after three years in the industry — this was back in, I want to say 2014, maybe the start of 2015. And I took a break for a year and a half. I wasn’t really happy with my career and where I was at and how I was branded. And so I just took some time off.

I actually had every intention of quitting the industry because who I was as Liv Aguilera did not make me happy. I was not a happy performer. And I know I have some fans out there that are like, “I love your old look. I miss the old Liv.” And it’s just like, she’s dead. But it took me three months of deliberation before I came back into the industry. And when I did, I was like, “Okay, if I’m going to do this again, I want to do it on my own. I want it to be my brand that I control and no one tells me what to do.” And so I came back as Liv Revamped.

On being petite:

Well, it’s great when it’s boy/girl, because they love the contrast of the big man with the big cock and then the tiny girl about to get “destroyed.” But when I’m working with other women, they tend to be average height. And compared to me that looks really tall, especially when they’re in heels. So sometimes, especially now that I’m 31 and I’m starting to get MILF work, I’m supposed to be someone’s creepy stepmom, but really I look like their dad’s young girlfriend.

On the psychological challenges of being a pornstar:

I think this industry is a great industry. It’s a very positive industry. There’s a lot of help for sex workers and I feel like it’s lucrative, opens doors to other opportunities [ . . . ] However there is also kind of like a darkness to it. And I mean, I think that’s just [the] entertainment [industry] across the board, not just porn. So when you get these young girls who are easy to manipulate, it takes them down a dark path of just wanting to please everyone, wanting to do what they’re told, not caring how they’re being treated on set or respected. And on camera the fans only see like, “Oh yeah, she’s raunchy and hot!” Crazy when they don’t see what we see when they’re off camera and they’re in the bathroom for a little too long or they didn’t take their medication this morning and now they’re having a manic episode.

On what makes her stand out:

There’s so many girls now. And the industry is way more progressive, which means it’s oversaturated. So you have to do something that’s going to make you stand out. I stand out because I have 10, 11 years under my belt already. So I had to grow my audience. I didn’t just drop onto the scene, and then all of a sudden things worked out for me.

On social media:

I don’t care about social media. I am a good performer. I have over a decade under my belt to prove that. And you [porn studios] have the audacity to ask me what my following is like. Like, I’m sorry, but my numbers online are still great. My social media has nothing to do with that. However, social media does help with promoting my personal content. So I think last month or so, this just happened recently, I lost my Instagram account. And I had it since I came back into the industry. And I had only just broke 100,000 followers because I was being as careful as I could be. I wasn’t posting anything overly explicit. I wasn’t doing anything too sexy. You know, I was just trying to promote myself and get my following on social media, which helps with OnlyFans, ManyVids et cetera. Once that got deleted, all of a sudden, my OnlyFans income got hurt and that really sucked. And so that’s it’s like a catch 22 with social media, I hate fucking using it, but it does good for you until you get deleted for some bullshit reason.

On the South Park porn spoof:

I was concerned [at first] because we always get flack for sexualizing underage characters, even though if people actually watched porn without fast forwarding through the dialogue, they’ll realize no, we set it up so that they’re actually adults. We’re not like, playing kids fucking kids. That’s gross. But I did wonder like, okay, like, how are we going to get these four little boys to be characters in a porn, but then they made all of us college-aged and stuff. And I was like, “Okay, this makes sense.” And it was a lot of fun. I was just starting off, too. So that was my first actual feature in a movie. And it was just funny and like I said, the campy and goofier it is, the better. And I got to work with Tommy Pistol, who is amazing.

On giving oral sex:

Well, first of all, you have to enjoy it, you definitely have to enjoy it. If you don’t enjoy sucking dick, then you’ll never get to that point, personally speaking. And I have always enjoyed being a giver, whether that’s men or women. I just love it. It gets me off as well. And it’s all the little sounds that they make, the way they squirm, or the way that sometimes I have to like grip my hair because they want to fucking yank me but they don’t want me to stop — just like the tension of it. I just love it all. It’s it’s almost like the ultimate power move where it’s like okay, now you’re definitely at my whim, like you’re mine, you’re trapped, and you’re going nowhere.

Stage name

Dallas

You have, of course, a very distinctive name. So I wondered, for the people who don’t know the story, how you arrived at this particular stage, if you could tell us that tale.

Liv Revamped

Dallas

Now, do you ever have people who are like completely puzzled as to what the meaning is, and have some sort of crazy alternate theory. Like, “Oh, that must mean this” and it’s just something completely nuts?

Liv

Well, I haven’t had any alternate theories, but I have had some people asked me about the name because when I came back into the industry, I went with my natural look. Beforehand, I used to straighten my hair, I had a bob. I tried to look more Latina than I really was. And so when I came back looking like this, a lot of people didn’t even recognize me. And a lot of people who even knew me personally didn’t even recognize me. Which worked in my benefit really, because I was able to rebrand and revamp my career and I feel as though I am more successful being who I am than I was being someone I wasn’t. And because of that I got new a new fanbase. So the new fanbase only knows me as Liv Revamped. So they’re just like, “How would you get the name Revamped?” And so I have to tell them the story of “Oh, well, I wasn’t always Liv Revamped.”

Dallas

Now it’s kind of like that this is the name for your second career act so to speak. If you one day reach this third act, what do you think would be a different name that would describe that third act? Even if you didn’t go by that name.

Liv
So actually, the whole plan was to drop the last name because I am pretty much the only Liv in porn. There was a Liv Wilder before me and then there was a Liv Wild  after me. But neither one stayed in the industry as long as me, so my goal, too, is to one day just drop the last name like there’s Belladonna as well. I want to just be Liv. I have to fight the nightclub in Miami, but . . .

Dallas

Definitely, definitely! You could have the little little trademark next to the name kind of like the one-name recording artists that are out there. There you go, there you go. That’s a battle that can be won, right?

Liv
Right, maybe we can come to a compromise!

When retirement isn’t retirement

Dallas

There you go, there you go. Share the naming rights, something, you know, mixed royalties, something. Now you talked about when you withdrew from the industry there for a time, you know, thinking initially that it would be a basically a permanent retirement. But I know that you said that you expressly did not announce it or frame it as a retirement because you didn’t want to do that. Could you talk about that a little bit?

Liv
It was just more of a pride thing. There’s so many performers that announced that they’re quitting the industry like, “Oh, I’m leaving. This my last month or my last week or whatever. Book me now before it’s too late.” It feels gimmicky. And then months down the line all of a sudden “I’m back” and I just didn’t want to look like that. Like I had every intention of quitting and I didn’t want to give anyone the idea that I was returning.

Dallas

You’re right, because that does happen quite a bit where a star will announce with a fair amount of fanfare that they’re done with the industry. There’ll be a tweet, there’ll be a video and then you know, they’ll come back in a year or two and it kind of is like the boy who cried wolf or something like that.

Liv

And it just seems disingenuous, and I never want to be that with my fans.

Life as a petite pornstar

Dallas

Now, of course, one of your trademarks is being quite petite. I think most porn fans know that you’re what 4’11”?

Liv

Yeah, maybe 4’11”? When I go to bed. 4’10” when I wake up.

Dallas

Wait, so what do you mean? You shrink?

Liv
Well, like you’ve heard that, like, you know, throughout the day, your spine compresses and it kind of smaller so that’s why I mean, when I wake up, I’m probably 4’11”. When I go to bed, I’m probably 4’10’.

Dallas

There you go. That’s true. I have heard that now that you mentioned it. So is there an instance where your height in a scene really came in handy and allowed you to do something that you couldn’t have otherwise done? And on the other side, is there an instance where your height really kind of made something difficult or more challenging than it might have been otherwise?

Liv
Well, it’s great when it’s boy/girl, because they love the contrast of the big man with the big cock and then the tiny girl about to get “destroyed.” But when I’m working with other women, they tend to be on that average height. And compared to me that looks really tall, especially when they’re in heels. So sometimes, especially now that I’m 31 and I’m starting to get MILF work, I’m supposed to be someone’s creepy stepmom, but really I look like their dad’s young girlfriend.

Dallas

So you’ve started to get those roles then where you’re the stepmom now at this point in your career?

Liv
And I just started the last two MILF roles I got, it was more like Dad’s trophy wife, Dad’s young wife, the young stepmom. So it’s like, even though I’m 31 this is not doing me any favors. But I have another stepmom scene tomorrow, so maybe I get to be a creepy actual stepmom, then we’ll see.

Porn genres

Dallas

Now in those kinds of scenes that you were talking about where you’re paired with a very tall star who’s very well endowed and the sort of angle of the scene is “girl destroyed by big dick” or whatever it is, do you kind of roll your eyes at that sort of silliness? Or do you just kind of roll with it?

Liv
I mean, both of my favorite scenes to shoot in porn are the super campy, goofy ones. Because I just want to remind the viewer that this is fantasy. This is all fun and games. It’s not real. So the campier it is, the better. It’s goofy. It’s funny. And then in a weird way, it kind of builds up that sexual tension between me and the other performer because we’re just having a good time being, you know, silly. So by the time it’s time to really get into action, we’re ready.

Goofiest porn scene: Shark Week?

Dallas

So what is the wackiest or zaniest most off-the-wall scenario that you’ve performed in?

Liv

Oh, gosh, there’s been so many, it’s hard to pinpoint. Wackiest, wackiest. I mean I guess as of recently . . .  gosh, this is hard. Because some of them are wacky in different ways. You are really going to make me dig through the memory vault. Oh, I got it! I got it. So for Nubile Films, it was like a family swap, I was the stepdaughter. It’s me Aaliyah Love, Damon Dice and Juan Loco and we’re step siblings. Nubiles has their weird scenarios. Everyone’s like a step sibling or parent or something. So everyone’s fucking, but it was for Shark Week. And so we had to get these like paper plates and make like shark mouths out of them. And then me and Juan are supposed to be like these mischievous little kids and I’m taking the paper plate, the shark mouth, and like nom nom nom on his cock. I’m just like, I can’t do this with a straight face.

Dallas

But you but you got through it in the end, got a good take, then.

Liv
There’s no way I could do this with a straight face because I’m like you’re serious right now.

Unknown Speaker 10:59
They’re like live more. I’m and I’m like Nom nom nom nom with a paper plate. I’m just like This is humiliating.

Unknown Speaker 11:08
Definitely one of the wackier

Unknown Speaker 11:09
I got through it. Yes. And I guess the more creative one I did recently was my actually a couple of my all-girl gangbangs, like all-lesbian gangbangs. Recently I did two the first one. We’re in an office and basically I’m supposed to be holding a meeting. Two girls are under the table secretly like fucking and then slowly all the women around me start noticing and start sneaking under the desk and I’m like in my own world, just like having this meeting, looking at my laptop. And then when I finally like break and look around me, I notice and no one’s around me but I hear all the little funny noises under the desk. And I look under and I see six women fucking and then you know next thing you know, we’re all on top of the desk fucking.

Dallas

You do wonder who dreams these scenarios up!

Liv

Me! [Laughs

Space in sex and underwater?

Dallas

So, let’s say for the sake of example, that budget was not a concern. What is a crazy scenario that you’d love to film that just isn’t practical, but you’d still in a dream world would love to do?

Liv

I want to fuck in space, like zero gravity porno. I think that would be so fun. It’s like fucking under water without the chlorine.

Dallas

So have you ever done any underwater stuff? I know that there’s some of that stuff out there.

Liv
I mean, I’ve fucked underwater, but have I recorded it? No. Yeah, it’s it’s really hard to film and not the most comfortable especially because like depending on the pool water, you’re just drying your yourself out, which is you know ironic because considering you’re in the water, but no. You’re not doing yourself any favors. Lots of friction.

Vanilla sex?

Dallas

So we’ve been talking about crazy scenarios here. But I know you said something quite interesting on another podcast you appeared on I think it was the Bougie podcast, the Bougie Show rather. You said vanilla sex is super underrated. So I wonder, do you ever get to have “vanilla sex” in a porn movie? Or is it always wild fetish crazy?

Liv

Yes, oh, in porn movie. I was like in my personal life? Yes, but in porn. I guess it depends on the company. Girlfriends is very vanilla, very soft. 21st Sextury can be really soft. It can be either or it can be really passionate or it can be really soft and romantic. So yeah, it just all depends on who I’m shooting for.

Dallas

And you said that you do get to have a fair amount of vanilla sex just in your private life then. Is that your preference? Because well, first of all, is it your preference in your private life?

Liv

Yes. It’s like 60/40.

Dallas

And second of all, do you prefer it because everything’s so wild and crazy and porn in general?

Liv
Vanilla — I’m tired. My back hurts. My pussy hurts. I’m still horny, but like take it easy on me. And then the other 40% is like oh my god, please pull my hair and choke me tonight. I really need you to break my back.

Learning from porn?

Dallas

Now, have you ever noticed something — maybe when you were having sex in your private life — something that you know someone learned from watching porn? Something that would have occurred to them if they hadn’t watched a ton of porn, basically.Liv

Liv

Well, there was this guy that I used to hook up with. And the first time we hooked up, he had everything prepared, not romantically. I mean, he had the towel ready. He had the toys ready. He had butt plugs ready. I’m just like, “Sir, how many movies do you watch?” I mean, I appreciate it because I love toys. I mean, I love that a man is confident enough to not be threatened by toys but I’m just like, “You’re different. How many movies have you seen?” “I’m not a porn watcher.” More like he’s had experience with a lot of pornstars. I’m just like, “Okay!”

Dallas

Oh, okay, so now I see what you’re saying. It wasn’t that he was watching a lot of porn and sort of drawing examples from that. It was that he had hooked up with a lot of pornstars, basically. So I have to ask, was it was it a good experience in the end?

Liv
Oh, yeah, it was great. We hooked up for at least a year

Hanging out with other pornstars

Dallas
Another interesting podcast that you appeared on was the High and Horny Podcast, where you’re kind of hanging out with Kira Noir. And I think Jane Wilde was the other star. So that made me wonder, who are some pornstars that are just really fun to hang out, who have really fun, entertaining personalities.

Liv
Well, one of my good friends. She’s no longer in the industry, but she does comedy. Kate Kennedy. She’s awesome. Check her out, especially if you love standup. And I’m not saying that just to like to toot people’s horns, like, “Oh, support my friend, even though she’s not that funny.” No, she’s fucking hilarious. And then, Lola Fay is also one of my good friends. We just were like, two halves of one brain. We just get each other. Like we talk about a lot of spiritual stuff. And we’re actually looking to start a podcast together.

The Liv Revamped podcast?

Dallas

So give us a preview of what that might look like.

Liv

So with us both being very spiritual — she’s very spiritual. I was raised pagan. So that’s why we have a lot of similarities in the stuff we talk about. And we wanted to start a podcast not to just be two hot chicks talking about sex. We wanted to talk about sex, sex and magic and how that can be both beneficial and detrimental to your porn career. So a lot of people think like, you know, sex is all spiritual when it’s like yes and no. There’s definitely a line.

Pagan roots

Dallas

You said that you were raised pagan. Elaborate a little bit on that.

Liv
Well, I we don’t necessarily have like a specific religion. On my mom’s side, my grandmother, she was a Greek Romani gypsy. So like, the palm readers, fortune tellers. That’s kind of what where I’m descended from. So just like Mediterranean nomadic people, pagans, you know, just, we believe in certain deities. Maybe we might have a patron deity. But me personally, it’s like, some people are bad Catholics, for example, like they were raised Catholic, but they don’t go to church every Sunday. They don’t do their Hail Marys. I don’t know. I don’t know how that stuff works. I would be a bad pagan where it’s just like, okay, maybe I’ll have like my little shrine and stuff. But I mainly believe in the universe. I feel like there’s a science behind it that we don’t necessarily understand yet.

Dallas

Do you think that background gave you an even better footing for the career that you’re in now and the adult industry

Liv
Actually, yes, because growing up in a pagan household sex was never taboo. In fact, by the time I was entering high school, my older sister and my mom used to corner me in my bedroom, like, “Are you talking to anyone? Are you fucking? You’re fucking, aren’t you? You can tell us.” And I’m just like, “No, I’m not. I’m only 15. Leave me alone.” [Laughs]

Losing her virginity

And so when I finally did lose my virginity, which honestly being pagan, helped with the decision, because with sex not being taboo, it was nothing I would do out of rebellion. So I’m in high school, boys are throwing themselves at me and I’m just like, go away. So by the time I did lose my virginity, I was able to think logically about it and like pick my partner and it just happened the way it was supposed to happen for me. It was romantic and planned.

Dallas

So it was a positive experience, then, your first experience.

Liv

Yes. And at least I can be one of those women who grew up saying like, “Yeah, my first was actually pretty great” instead of “Yeah, I lost my virginity when I was 16. But he was a fucking idiot.” No, I can definitely say that my ex-fiance who I lost my virginity to was a really good guy.

Pornstar stereotypes

Dallas

Now, you’ve been said to be a pornstar who breaks down stereotypes. So let’s talk about that a little bit. What what do you think are some of the worst porn star stereotypes?

Liv
That we’re dirty, first of all. I literally have a scar tissue where I get my blood drawn now because I’ve been doing this for 11 years. I have one good vein and now there’s a little bit of scar tissue where it is so for anyone to ever call me dirty I’m just like, you don’t even understand the pain that I go through just to make sure I’m not. And you think I’m dirty? When’s the last time you seen a doctor?

Dallas

So when they’re saying dirty, they don’t even necessarily mean psychologically dirty — or they may mean that, too — they’re saying like dirty like disease, like that kind of thing.

Liv
Yes, because it’s like I’m definitely dirty minded but dirty physically, no.

Testing: a part of pornstar life

Dallas

So talk about testing a little bit. So for the people who don’t know, how often do you have to get tested and what that whole process usually like?

Liv
So we have to get tested on a biweekly basis, sometimes more depending on who we’re working with. And now because of COVID some companies they want like a week test they want to 24 hour test. Tt’s all kind of a clusterfuck right now.

True pornstar stereotypes?

Dallas

So are there any pornstar stereotypes that you think have a little grain of truth?

Liv
I hate to say this and I might get some backlash for this! Not everyone has a full sack of marbles. Like some some some of us really do need therapy. Some of us really do need to call their therapist instead of doing porn.

Dallas

So it’s that they’re kind of in porn for the wrong reasons and their psychological baggage comes out in the scene or on set, things like that?

Liv
Yes, definitely because I think this industry is a great industry. It’s a very positive industry. There’s a lot of help for sex workers and I feel like it’s lucrative, opens doors to other opportunities. Take Chloe Cherry, for example. However there is also kind of like a darkness to it. And I mean, I think that’s just entertainment across the board, not just porn. So when you get these young girls who are easy to manipulate, it takes them down a dark path of just wanting to please everyone, wanting to do what they’re told, not caring how they’re being treated on set or respected. And on camera the fans only see like, oh yeah, she’s raunchy and hot. Crazy when they don’t see what we see when they’re off camera and they’re in the bathroom for a little too long or they didn’t take their medication this morning and now they’re having a manic episode. Sorry, my dog is having dreams and she makes noises!

Furry friends

Well, tell us a little about your pets, actually. How many pets do you have? Do you have one dog?

Liv
I have three dogs. They’re all my babies. But right now that pit bull is making dreams. She has these really intense dreams where she’ll bark like crazy. So it’s me and my roommate. We have three dogs between us. I have my dog which is a miniature pincher chihuahua mix named Baby Boy. He’s the oldest. He’s about to be 11 And then he has his dog which is a Maltese poodle mix name Echo. And she is seven, going to be eight and then our pit bull that we adopted together because he’s been one of my best friends since I first started in the industry. So when we became roommates it became like living with the brother I never had. And so it just worked and we decided to adopt our pit bull together and she’s about to be four.

Advice to new pornstars

Dallas
There you go. I’m sure they all keep you quite busy. So circling back to what we were talking about a second ago, when you were saying about how not everybody has was working with a full deck, so to speak. I know you’ve also said that one of your pieces of advice to people who are thinking about getting into the industry is that it is good to kind of tiptoe your way in and make sure that you’re thinking everything through. Is that still your main piece of advice to someone who might be thinking about joining the industry?

Liv
It is. And I actually have that mindset with OnlyFans as well. I’ve had a few friends that I was friends with in high school reached out to me recently asking me how they can get started on OnlyFans. And it’d be different if they were like single women, no kids already, have a career. But these are more of the acquaintances that maybe got married divorce had a couple of kids aren’t really working, just looking to make a couple extra dollars. And honestly, I don’t want to get those girls into OnlyFans, because I asked them a couple of questions beforehand, like okay, what kind of stuff? What kind of content are you’re looking to make? And a lot of them are like fetish because fetish is so easy. So they think, Oh, I can do the bare minimum without getting naked. And so I asked them the second question, what makes you different from the thousands of women that are already on the internet? And that’s the one they can never answer, because then they’re just like, oh, well, I don’t know how to answer that.

Because I’ll ask them like, Okay, what’s your niche? And they’re just like, uh, I don’t know. And it’s just like, well, these are things you’re going to have to think about when establishing your OnlyFans because not just making content, you’re now a brand. And so they’ll counter with me like, Okay, well, why do people watch you, and so I have to break it down for them. I started back in 2011, when there weren’t many girls that even looked like me. And back in 2011, the industry wasn’t even as progressive as it is today. So I was ethnic enough without being too urban, if you know what I’m talking about, because for a while, you couldn’t be too urban, which I hate. It’s so political. It’s really messed up. And with me being multiracial, that’s why I was kind of watered down to be more Latina. Because of people her like, oh, well, she’s actually Asian and Black and like mix, then it’s hard to put me in a category and sell me. And so with these girls that are trying to get into OnlyFans, I have to like break it down for them. Like, there’s so many girls now. And the industry is way more progressive, which means it’s oversaturated. So you have to do something that’s gonna make you stand out. I stand out because I have 10, 11 years under my belt already. So I had to grow my audience. I didn’t just drop onto the scene, and then all of a sudden things worked out for me.

Social media

Dallas

How is the role of social media shifted since you very first appeared in the adult industry?

Liv
I hate it. I hate it so much. I remember when Instagram was just starting. So people only had to just throw out pictures of their food and stuff. No one took it seriously. And same with Twitter, like people kind of took it seriously. I remember when it was a big deal just to get 100,000 followers and now people have like a million half a million. But still, it was just more about word of mouth. You got work because you were good at it and available. Whereas now it’s just like, Okay, well, this girl has like 200,000 followers, even though watching her fuck is like watching paint dry. I’m probably going to get backlash for that too. But it is what it is. And I hate it. Because now I have companies looking at me like, well, how many followers do you have?

I don’t care about social media. I am a good performer. I have over a decade under my belt to prove that. And you [porn studios] have the audacity to ask me what my following is like, like, I’m sorry, but my numbers online are still great.

Life on the edge?

Dallas

Do you think in a way that pornstar life is always in some sense on the edge, simply just because there always is this risk? Risk of being de-platformed. So no matter how careful and attentive you might be as a person, just the broader context means it could all be washed away. And I think I’ve heard you say, always have a backup plan or plan B or something to that effect.

Liv
Yes, definitely because it kind of goes along with what I was telling my acquaintance. This isn’t an industry that you want to just jump in headfirst and be like, okay, I’m dedicating everything to this. No, it’s cutthroat. I’ve seen girls rise and fall girls, all of a sudden, 100,000 followers 200,000, like almost a million followers. And then as soon as they decide they want to take a break, or stop or whatever, all of a sudden, the industry just washes their hands of them, and you never see them again. And that’s not okay to me. And I don’t want to see that happen. So I definitely don’t want to see that happen to people I know. Yeah, I have people, you know, I’m sure we all get them. Occasionally, the people that are in your DMS, they have like a blue checkmark, they have like 2 million followers, and they’re just like, hey, I can help you with your following. If you pay $100, I can share you to all these other pages to get you out there. And I have to explain to them, like, Hey, I appreciate it. And like, first of all, I’m a sex worker, that’s fine. We work with this person, this person, this person who are usually only fans models, and I’m like, no, no, you don’t get it. Why would I pay for followers? With the chance, the high chance that I could just be deleted like that? Like, why would it be like for example, this guy, hit me up today? Oh, for $3,300 I can get you a million followers. And if I had the money, that’d be great. Because then if I had the expendable income, cool, whatever, let’s throw 30 $3,300 into growing my platform, but I’m not that performer. And I also don’t think it’s practical to throw $3,300 away for something that could just be taken away from me.

Positive social media and fan experiences

Dallas

Now, of course, you’ve been talking about a lot of the negative sides of social media and of course there are many of those I think we can all agree. But if you had any interaction say with fans via social media say that have been kind of quite heartwarming or upbeat or pleasant or life affirming so to speak.

Liv
Yeah, well, they definitely find me on social media. First, they follow me for a little bit, try to gauge my personality. And then eventually they’ll reach out via only fans or Sex Panther. And some, I wouldn’t say all of them, but there’s like a couple of them that tend to be super diehard fans. I have a fan who only contacts me via Sex Panther. I don’t even know what he looks like. But he bought me a pair of Louboutins heels just because he likes having conversation with me. We don’t really sex. It’s just more conversation. And then I have a couple other fans that are kind of the same that support me on only fans, by all my content always messaging me always interacting with me. Not in a sexual manner. Just more of a how are you? How is your day? How is everything going? Are you doing okay? Have you eaten today? Here? I’m going to tip you so you can go get yourself some lunch, maybe a coffee, like just sweet things like that. And that means more to me than having a sugar daddy type situation with a fan where it’s like, oh, well if you want my attention you have to buy this from me and it’s just like, I just don’t have that energy.

Dallas
That gift that you mentioned, was that the biggest or most spectacular gift you’ve gotten from your Amazon Wishlist?

Liv
I think it’s up there. Yeah, it’s between Louboutins and a MacBook.

Dallas
Macbook! Do some content editing on there or something maybe!

Liv
I’m not going to lie. I actually kind of pitched a fit. I have to remind people via podcast that when I act like a brat, it’s more of like a like gimmick. I’m not actually like a brat. But like I kind of like pitched a fit like when we entered into quarantine back in 2020. So this is like what March? I remember pitching a fit like what am I going to do? So, I’m not able to work and I don’t have a working laptop so I can cam what ever will I do and so one of my friends was like, here, I bought you a

Dallas

So that’s kind of a “character” that you do on social media, kind of social media persona in a kind of a calculated way.

Liv

I have my moments where I get bratty. And like I, you know, just like, nothing’s working out for me, Whatever will I do? I like, not necessarily like, oh, woe is me. I need help every other week because like, I’m not gonna lie. Sometimes those tweets get old when I feel like the model is just like crying every other day. Like, I’m short on rent. It’s just like, Okay, first of all, I’m not that broke. But at the same time, it’s just more like, oh, no, I need a laptop. Otherwise, I can’t make content. You know, like that kind of brat. [Laughs]

The South Park porn spoof

Dallas

I think another scene that many fans might remember you for is an appearance in the South Park porn spoof. So tell us a little bit about that! Were you initially kind of skeptical that could even be a porn movie?

Liv

Ah, yes and no. I was concerned because we always get flack for sexualizing underage characters, even though if people actually watched porn without fast forwarding through the dialogue, they’ll realize no, we set it up so that they’re actually adults. We’re not like, playing kids fucking kids. That’s gross. But I did wonder like, okay, like, how are we going to get these four little boys to be characters in a porn, but then they made all of us college aged and stuff. And I was like, Okay, this makes sense. And it was a lot of fun. I was just starting off, too. So that was my first like, actual feature in a movie. And it was just funny and like I said, the campy and goofier it is, the better. And I got to work with Tommy Pistol, who is amazing.

Dallas

He is very funny in that scene, and he’s doing a pretty on-point impersonation of whichever character he was playing — I can’t remember [the name] at the moment.

Liv

The only reason I know is because I’m the only brunette in the movie. And because of my hair at the time, I looked like his crush was a character like Cindy or something. But I looked just like her and I was like, I’m fucking Stan and I looked like his crush, or Wendy, I think was her name one of the two. But I was just like, Is that who I get to be? And they’re like, No, there’s no actual female characters in this movie. You’re just all like hot chicks that they thing and I’m just like, that’s fucking lame. You’re dropping the ball here like look at me I have the hair I have the look I can be his crush. Whatever super missed opportunity huge my family was a huge part of like, huge fan of that show. We used to actually, I have memories of before I moved to LA when I grew up in Oregon, and grew up in this little mountain town of like maybe 3000 people. And so when you wanted to go out like have a family night you went to the bowling alley. Because we were such diehard South Park fans, and our favorite character was Timmy, we every time we would like make a good score or something we just yell out oh my god. I can’t believe I’m telling you that on here. But like there was one time I think my mom made a strike. It was me my mom my stepdad and my older sister. I think my mom made a strike and she yells out to me and my stepdads like Timmy my sister too bad and I’m like Timmy is everyone was and I was only like nine years old but like Timmy was our character. We love Timmy. Timmy is a boss.

Dallas

Does it bum you out a little bit that they don’t do as many of those more elaborate porn spoof studio porn spoofs like they did in them when you first were a star?

Liv
A little bit, yeah, but I think porn is always going through different phases going with trends going with whatever people like at the time. And I think I give it like maybe another year or so people will come back around to parodies.

Unusual DMs

Dallas
There’s something you have interesting that’s on Twitter that I have to ask you about. Your current cover photo has a quotation — looks like it’s an excerpt from a text message or something. It says, Excuse me, I would take a blowtorch to my sack to hear you queef through a walkie talkie. So I have to ask what the story is with with that! [Laughs]

Liv
It’s just an random Instagram message I got in my requests. You know sometimes they’re a little bit more perverted than that. Like “I want to fuck your brains out” — you know, the typical creepy shit that I usually get. But I tend to go through my message requests just because occasionally I’ll get like a super funny message like that. But that one truly took the cake because it’s both perverted but it still made me cackle when I read it. I was just like, what it was, it was the visual of it all I was just like, This is gold. Like I don’t know if this guy will ever say that I’m utilizing his message to me, but I was like, I have to make sure people see this like this. I feel like this is like the epitome of like, my kind of humor, where it’s just like it’s raunchy, but it’s still so fucking stupid. [Laughs]

Dallas

Seems like it almost could be a joke on South Park, or at least the movie version, perhaps.

Liv
Exactly it’s all just like oh this is gold like this person I don’t know if they meant to be this funny but they’re fucking comical.

The ins and outs of oral sex

Dallas

Now, it would be amusing if you actually tried to call him out on this and said, “Okay, you know, where’s the blowtorch? I got the walkie talkie. I’m ready.” I know you’ve also been recently nominated for an Urban X nomination for Orgasmic Oralist. So talk a little bit about that. What is the key to a great oral sex performance in a porn movie?

Liv

Dallas

Your very first experiences with giving oral sex were positive ones, mostly?

Liv
Yeah, in fact, my ex fiance was my first everything, believe it or not — like, my first blowjob, my first fingering everything. So everything I did for the first time, except anal was with him.

Dallas

On the flip side do you like receiving oral sex?

Liv
Depends! Maybe I’m a little narcissistic for this, but I don’t think people are able to give head as good as me. So I tend to be a little picky. Like, if you don’t know what you’re doing down there, I’m just going to push you off. But if you know what you’re doing, then I won’t do anything

Dallas

Are there any particular performers you’ve shot scenes with who were particularly good at giving oral sex?

Liv
I would say just basically the women. We know what we’re doing. Women know what we’re doing when they we know how to find the clit we know how to stimulate it without doing too much we know how to suck on the labia just enough so that your whole vagina is stimulated. Women are just so good.

Birthday celebration

Dallas
I know that as of this recording [September], you had your birthday not so long ago. So I wondered what did you do to celebrate the big day?

Liv
So I was actually sick leading up to my birthday. So initially, I wasn’t going to do anything except stay home. I caught COVID and but it was me and my boyfriend. We were sick for like a week-ish. We decided to do we we took a test on my birthday tested negative but we didn’t want to like you know, take the chance of it being like a false negative and go out and spread. So we waited until the next day took a second test that confirmed we’re still negative. So we were like okay, we can actually go out and do stuff. And so he took me to Yama shadow for the first time and that’s actually when we made our release Ship official instead of like, Are we dating? Are we just filling it out? Oh, like, we don’t have to put a title on it yet. But I do want to know. So the day after my birthday, we went to dinner and like, I didn’t give him the whole like so what are we it was more of a hey, so we’ve been talking hanging out for a few months now. Are we still feeling things out? Like Are we still taking it slow or are we exclusive? And without hesitation? He’s like, Oh, we’re exclusive. Now I’m like, Okay. Like, if there was even a little bit of hesitation, I’d be like, maybe we should talk about this when we’re at home and he doesn’t feel cornered. But it was just immediate. So I was like, Okay, this is like real this is it. So everything still worked out. He does a little bit of adult work himself. But um, he has a job outside of that too, that he mainly focuses on, but we met on the set of American Pornstar.

Dating

Dallas
Has it happened that you dated someone who wasn’t in the industry? Is that something to sort of dance around — your career? I mean, are men who are not in the industry, are they not secure enough with it? How does that whole thing work?

Liv
This sounds ignorant, but I used to think it was pretty black and white. But it it? Oh my gosh, I feel like every guy kind of like varies, I feel like so my ex fiance was the only man that I dated prior to porn. So when I got into porn, I had a boyfriend. He was an actor. He did more like guest starring roles on like TV shows and stuff he had like, he was a reoccurring role in prison break and stuff. But anyways, with him, he was very open minded about my job because I met him through Jack Napier. Like they were best friends and Jack Napier used to have his roller skating charity events in Northridge. And so I went there with my ex girlfriend at the time. But we were still friends, and we’re skating. I’m having a hard time I fall on my ass. And he was the guy who picked me up off the floor. And, again, he was very open minded about my job. But I also felt like just an accessory. I mean, I don’t doubt that he cared about me, but I do feel like a lot of it was superficial. And with him being an actor, which is ironic to me, because I dated guys outside of the industry that had friends who didn’t treat me we’re he being an actor, in you know, entertainment, for some reason had friends that just didn’t know how to behave when they meet me. So I don’t want to say who I don’t want to give too many names, but he’s best friends with a really famous UFC fighter who I am a huge fan of because my family are all fighters like I did Muay Thai my older brother did Brazilian Jiu Jitsu my little sister does taekwondo. We’re all fighters. And so one day we go out to West Hollywood and meet up with him and meet up with a couple of his guy friends to just hang out at the bar, have a couple of drinks, you know, have the time. And I don’t know his friends. His friends don’t know me. So I’m just the anonymous girlfriend who’s just like there to hang out. Like I’m not being like, it wasn’t even like something I had to be at like, oh, I have to be there like no, oh, have your voicemail. My partner wanted to bring me along. And I finally almost got to be a fly on the wall to one of those conversations about porn stars. Because the two friends that were with my boyfriend’s friend, they were talking about how they just moved into a condo that a bunch of porn stars live at apparently. So I’m thinking yes, I could listen to this conversation and see what they say about us.

But before they can even get started. My ex’s friend, the fighter is like, Oh, hey, just so you guys know we have a porn star with us and I think he didn’t mean anything by it. But because now they knew who I was all of a sudden the energy change. It went from us like being cool and hanging out and taking group selfies and yada yada yada to when I take my phone out to take a selfie Oh He said in one of his friends, it’s just like, Oh, if you’re gonna post that, can you not like tag me? First of all, I’m taking a picture of myself. Not you. Second of all, who are you? Like, like, I’m sorry, we’re not out to like, ruin your life where you think I’m gonna take a picture of you and send it to your wife. Maybe you shouldn’t be out there. I don’t know. But I have to deal with stuff like that. Or there was another instance this happened recently, actually, because my ex and I are still on friendly terms. And before I got with my boyfriend now, he actually kind of was trying to get back with me. So I gave him a little bit at the time, the day we broke up because I was young, and he was 10 years older than me, and I just, I wanted to live out my 20s. But now I’m, I was 30 at the time, I’m 31. Now. Cute. I was like, Okay, I’ll, I’ll see where this goes. I was very young. But now I’m older. He’s definitely older. So like, we take ourselves a little bit more seriously. And but I’m in Vegas, I just shot for kink.com He happened to be in Vegas visiting some friends. I show up. Or he picked me up from set, we go to his friend’s house on all showered and everything. So it’s not like I’m looking like this. I’m in like, I’m Olivia, because my real name is Olivia. Hence live. So I don’t mind announcing that. So I’m introducing myself as Olivia. I’m Olivia. But um, it was his friend, the friend’s girlfriend, friend’s brother, and then another friend. There’s an island that I’m sitting on one side, ex friend and girlfriend on the other and then friend’s brother comes to sit next to me. I’m not thinking anything of it. But then all of a sudden, I feel a hand slapped me in my low low, low low back, like not my ass, but the area area right above it. And at first, I’m just like, Did that just happen? Because people don’t interact with me like that. Unless I’m on a porn set. It’s just a different vibe. Like it’s not like oh, I get like groped on set like No, no, it’s a different vibe. Like it’s all friendly and stuff. So I’m just like, wait a minute, I am not unset and I don’t know these people who the fuck is touching me and I look over and like they’ve been drinking and smoking and stuff. So I can tell you is a little messed up. But I look over at him. He’s just like, Oh, I’m so sorry. I don’t know why I did that. And I’m just like, okay, weird. Whatever. At least it wasn’t my ass. Um, night goes on. We’re all hanging out. But I’m just kind of like staying away from him because I’m just like, that wasn’t okay. And then as we’re leaving, my ex is like in the back room with his friend looking at something. I think the girlfriend was like, using the bathroom. The other friend is like, I don’t know. So it’s just me and the friend’s brother. I’m politely like trying to say bye. But like, he brings me in a hug. And it’s like, it’s so awkward to not like hug someone back even though I don’t really know these people, but I was just like, Okay, bye, whatever hug. But then he like, pulls me in. He holds me for a second he whispers in my ear. Just so you know, I’m like your biggest fan. I could have puked. Because it’s just like there’s a time and a place. And I am here as like basically like, your brother’s friends date? Like that’s not okay. I don’t care how big of a fan you are. This isn’t AVN This isn’t this isn’t exotica, you can’t just like, make me feel this way. Like I’m trying to be Olivia and you’re whispering in my ear that you’re a fan like, that just made me really uncomfortable. And for some reason, with that particular eggs, that’s the only time I would experience these instances. So even with like other guys I dated outside of the industry. Their friends had always respected me and like treated me right and treated me like an equal. Whereas this guy who’s an actor who works in entertainment, who should know better for some reason hangs out with friends who don’t know how to fucking act.

Dallas

So it sounds like you’ve moved on to a better situation with the gentleman you described a few minutes ago.

Liv
Much better. It just clicked. It wasn’t even supposed to happen. Because with us already having worked together, it wasn’t about the sex. In fact, um, we’ve known each other for like about a year, year and a half, two years. Maybe it’s been a while. We met on set, but at the time, he had a girlfriend and like, I’m not one of those people like damn, you know, I wish I can steal him. It’s just more like, “Oh, you have a girlfriend.” Okay, totally off the radar doesn’t even exist in my brain anymore. But we kept in contact for whatever reason, just like you know, professionally, we did a photo shoot together. Still didn’t like result into anything romantic. It was just like shooting content with any won in this industry, it just it was work. And then we didn’t see each other for a little while, but then he asked me to shoot content with him. I agreed, but for some reason leading up to shooting content with him, I was just having a really shitty week, and I almost canceled on him. But I had to remind myself, No, you have to treat this like a job, you have to go to work because you need to update your only fans. So basically, I had to convince myself to go to content with him like this is work, you gotta go, gotta go get moving, be productive. And it wasn’t even like, you know, we just happened to have this off the wall sex that changed everything. No, you know, I went we shot content, it was same ol’ same MO. But then we decided to grab dinner afterward, like, hey, let’s eat, I’m starving, like, you want to join me? Sure, like, whatever, whatever. It was just supposed to be careful. But we’re at dinner, and we’re talking and we’re clicking, and he just broke up with his girlfriend. So I’m thinking like, this, you know, isn’t going  happen. Like, I don’t know why all of a sudden, there’s chemistry right now. But this is like a terrible time to have chemistry, because he also just so happened to be moving across country. Like if I had canceled on him, he would have just left to LA moved out, and I would never have heard from him again. But because I took that chance to just say fuck it and show your content, and then go to dinner. And we clicked everything kind of snow balled romantically. Like it just, you know, there’s no other way to put it. It just worked.

Upcoming projects

Dallas
Almost like fate! So what cool projects and things do you have coming up?

Liv
So I just did this feature for Sparks Entertainment, the I think it’s called The Seventh Kind. I get pregnant, but I don’t fucking [have] like a pregnant belly or anything. But it’s gonna be a really dope, like, um, it’s not a comedy. It’s more of a thriller, porn thriller, like alien abductions and stuff, starring Ana Foxx. So it’s, I’m really excited for it. I think it’s going to be a really interesting movie. I’ve worked with her a couple times. She’s actually been one of my older friends in the industry, too. So back in 2011, like I said, it wasn’t as progressive as it is today. So there was a very, very, very small group of ethnic girls that used to hang out with each other. So that used to be like, Anna Fox, Lotus Lain, because they’re like best friends. Then it was me and Selma Sins — m and Selma were best friends for a little bit. And then I think there was like Jade Aspen. Oh my gosh, there’s this other girl. I can’t remember her name. But it was like a really small close knit, like circle of ethnic girl that used to just hanging out together because it’s a predominantly white industry.

Dallas

So does that give you an opportunity to kind of vent and swap stories and say have you had this experience or this happened to be or that kind of thing?

Liv
Oh, yeah, definitely. It was nice to have that camaraderie in this industry, especially because they do have to deal with a lot of prejudice, whether that’s from the fans, or sometimes even from certain producers, directors, or companies.

Dallas

Do you really have to have a thick skin to deal with all that kind of stuff?

Liv

Yes, definitely. That’s why I believe that a lot of girls do need therapy in this industry. Because we don’t have that thick skin and you don’t have a level head on your shoulders. You’re going to wind up in this like, rabbit hole that people think porn is people think porn is just girls doing drugs, partying and getting fucked up. No, that’s just an avenue. That happens when you don’t stay on track in this in this field of work.

Dallas

There are some organizations these days. There’s Pineapple Support, I think.

Liv
Love them. I love them. In fact, there was a time of a few years ago where I was actually going through kind of a mental health crisis. I deal with depression. I tried to cope with it, but sometimes it gets really bad. And so I tried to support for some reason I was getting this weird run around and I remember just being so upset and just so depressed. I’m like, literally at my breaking point. And I’m like tweeting like, how can you guys do this to me are supposed to like help us blahdy blahdy blah, so they messaged me, like they actually reached out to me and I’m like in a tweet so everyone can see like, no they messaged me privately like I am so sorry. This should not be happening to you. Like, they put me in contact with all these like not all these people like it’s the run around but like they just put me in contact with people I needed to get in contact with in order to pair me with the right therapist, which they did and she was phenomenal and definitely helped get me out of that depressive state.

Closing

Dallas

Right, it is nice to see that the whole issue of the industry and mental health is finally getting some attention, particularly with that organization. I know we’re running short here on time, but I did have one last question. I know that you said that, in all likelihood, you won’t be in porn forever. So do you ever think about that next stage of your life and what it might look like?

Liv
Yeah, yeah, actually, I’m trying to get started on that next stage as we speak, I have a couple of domains that I own. I am trying to get my schedule and budget together in order to start launching my new platform actually, I’ve always wanted to make a site that was all inclusive for all performers of different levels of like, you know, notoriety and like looks, because I feel, especially in this industry, we were getting better until a certain company, it’s kind of obvious who but I’m not going to say a certain company launched and all of a sudden, it became the biggest clique in this industry. Like before them we were starting to get away from getting all clique-y and like, favorite it and all that but then this one and this one company, we all knew who they are, but I’m not going to say it, they just ruined it. All of a sudden they have like, they put certain performers up on a pedestal while also like undermining other performers, I feel I. don’t feel like they’re the most professional company out there especially. I also don’t think they’re very inclusive. I’m not saying every woman or every person belongs in porn. But I do feel like if you’re going to be a porn company, you should be inclusive to all performers because everyone has different flavors and different types and every performer has something to offer so to really undermine that is kind of gross to me. So I want to be able to launch these platforms where maybe I my focus on something in particular I want to launch. One of the websites I want to launch is a petite sites for petite women for petite models, but to make that an all inclusive website I want to pair petite girls with whoever they want to work with. So that way it like like I said I just wanted to be all inclusive, even if there is a focal point.
