Get some ideas from pornstar Dee Siren, who gave a peek at her stack of current books during a recent interview. Dallas: In terms of reading, have you been reading anything cool and interesting lately that you’d recommend?

Dee: I’ve read a lot about mediation, and a lot about — I read stuff about tantra and that type of thing. So I’m reading Urban Tantra, and I’m reading . . . Gosh, I can’t see my books right now. I could show you my stack of books?

Dallas: Sure!

Dee: This is a mess right now, but this is my stack of books! [Laughs]

Dallas: Oh, there we go!

Dee: I’m reading them all at one time, so this is like insane! So this is a great book, a great girl book, Untamed [by Glennon Doyle].

Dallas: Is that fiction?

Dee: No, it’s non-fiction. It’s a great — a lot of them are about positive thinking and that type of thing.

Dallas: Oh, nice!

Dee: Some of them are just about mental health. This one is Waking Up.

Dallas: Oh, yeah, [by] Sam Harris! He has a great podcast.

Dee: Good book. I love this book [The Book of Awakening by Mark Nepo]. This is an amazing book. This is like a daily — that’s a great book. It just gives you daily meditation and quotes. This one, my friend gave me, which I haven’t started reading yet — the one on ESP [ESP Enigma by Diane Hennacy Powell].

Dallas: Oh, wow!

Dee: The tantra book [Urban Tantra by Barbara Carrellas]. They’re all stacked up.

Dallas: ESP seems like it would be a good skill to have in the industry.

Dee: Yes, yes! And then I just bought this one, which I have to read: this Thinking Fast and Slow [by Daniel Kahneman]. So that one’s about your brain and learning to think faster. So, some of them are business [books] — suggested on Forbes.

Dallas: Nice, looks like you’re always expanding your horizons there!

Dee: I like to read about learning and growing.
