Climax
In some ways, Climax is not your typical Marc Dorcel porn movie. It is set in the United States, not Europe, and it’s directed by an American (Kay Brandt) rather than by one of the usual Dorcel suspects (Herve Bodilis, Franck Victome, and others). Even so, it has the self-assured sexual prowess and sense of adventure that has always defined Dorcel’s best. For a feature, it has a concise running time (just 62 minutes), but it makes splendidly effective use of every last second. The story finds a couple (Ryan Driller and Avi Love) visiting a sexy consultant (Angela White) to discover ways to take their sex life to the next level. When they mention that they’ve had fantasies about being with others, White has a solution that fulfills that wish and far beyond. (Interestingly, a sequel to the movie is in the works!) Note: Most Dorcel movies are available in (dubbed) English, the original French, or Spanish.

Swingers’ Club
In some sense, the France Interdite label is to Marc Dorcel what Tushy Raw is to Tushy. It takes the big-brother brand’s basic themes and dirties them up a bit, giving the action an immediacy and frisky flavor all its own. Swingers’ Club gives us a ticket across the ocean to visit sex clubs like nothing you’d ever encounter in the USA! In true documentary style, faces are blurred, music blares, and in general the audience is like a fly on the wall as wild sex debauchery flows. To be sure, the players featured here are not the ultra-fit model types you’ll find prancing around in the usual Dorcel flick, but that just adds to the movie’s authenticity. Most of us are probably too shy to visit a swingers club, but thanks to this movie, we don’t have to!

Marina, 59 Horny MILF
At 59, “cleaning lady” Marina Beaulieu has been around far too long to be dithering around in indecision about she wants. Valentina 4 You
The 4 You label brings a hint of the same intimacy and personal connection of custom content to traditional, “produced” movies (with shorter, scene-like running times). In this memorable edition, Valentina Nappi (dialogue dubbed by another actor in the English version) plays a homecare nurse tasked with tending to a handsome client who’s recently had knee surgery. Valentina’s impression of Florence Nightingale includes long, slow-motion showers that drive her patient to the point of blissful distraction. (Hey, it beats physical therapy!)
