Axel Braun Returns in Condom-Free ‘Going in Raw’

Sometimes, though, that change is for the better! It’s been an interesting year for Wicked, which has seen its legendary brand reshaped by the pandemic, new ownership, and a shuffling of its talent roster. The company’s most legendary director, Axel Braun, is back with a new twist: his latest flick, aptly entitled Going in Raw, is condom free! It’s a notable shift for Braun and for Wicked, which had not shot such a production in nearly two decades.

“Dropping the condoms was a logical move that will level the playing field,” Braun told AVN. “While [Wicked’s] focus remains committed to ensuring maximum safety on set, with strict protocols and the most rigorous testing requirements, being able to let performers express themselves freely without restrictions is a very liberating feeling, especially in times like these.
