The Rundown: ‘Watching My Wife’ (VOD Exclusive)

There are some things you are not generally intended to share with others. Sure, it’s considered basic politeness to share things like food and good humor, but when it comes to the bedroom, fidelity tends to overrule everything else, at least in the traditional view of marriage. Such traditions are tossed gleefully aside in Watch My Wife, the latest movie from the hotwife studio Touch My Wife. (Hotwifing involves husbands who allow and encourage their wives to enjoy sexual relationships with other men, often while watching or participating in the act themselves.)
Scene highlight(s)
Within the confines of a relatively low budget, Touch My Wife is able to evoke the creature comforts and wicked pleasures of suburban life with notable aplomb. In scene one, Sheena Ryder‘s character and her husband play around near the pool, complete with glasses filled with white wine. It all brings to mind a couple that knows what they like and knows how to enjoy themselves. They’re completely at home with their desires, and utterly comfortable with sharing them with someone else. In this case, it’s a strapping stud who will take Sheena from behind and then ’round to the bedroom to take her across the finish line. (They threw a party but then contrived for said stud to be the final person there . . . at which point, there was no resisting Sheena.) Hubby couldn’t be happier!

Why we love it
On the surface, hotwifing seems to have some basic similarity to the cuckold genre, but it subtracts the humiliation aspect, giving it a more up-tempo, almost optimistic feel. Sex is supposed to be joyous and exultant, after all, and that’s the feel that Watch My Wife creates: an open, exciting perspective on life, where traditional and stuffy notions about sexual fidelity are left far behind. An appreciation for the basic hotwife concept certainly helps, but it’s not a required feature for viewers of Watch My Wife. The lure of an enticing cast list should also be more than enough to get you to tune in!
