Porn Movie Review: ‘Sneaky Sex 18’
It’s hard to see a title like Sneaky Sex and not instantly think of slinking, sly music like “The Pink Panther Theme.” The ferocity of a predatory cat is an accurate representation of the sexual hungers of the cast members, too, who are so damned horny they get busy in public spaces like bars, the kitchens of friends, and even sitting on couches with their partners just inches away! This is not the sort of stuff you could get away with readily in real life. Your partner would wake up while you were cheating, the bar would notify the authorities, or you’d bang your head against the fridge door in the kitchen. Thankfully, Reality Kings‘ continuing series lets you experience these naughty thrills from a safe remove.
The movie is an odd mix of (relative) authenticity and outright absurdity. The basic premise of much of the movie — two people have sex without a nearby third person noticing — requires a certain suspension of disbelief. Indeed, the third wheels in these scenes are truly some of the most oblivious people you’re likely to encounter. Would a slumbering girlfriend really not wake up from her nap even with Charles Dera and Evi Rei thumping away on the couch next to her? In the end, though, the intentional comical absurdity of these scenes only adds to the effect.
On the authenticity front, Sneaky Sex 18 offers pairings of performers with genuine chemistry interacting in familiar, believable surroundings. (The bar featured in the opening scene looks entirely legit, in contrast with the cheesy sets that bedevil some other porn movies.) Logan Long plays a bartender who gets a furtive blowjob from the frustrated girlfriend of a grumpy patron. (Clever editing allows us to see explicit closeups of the action that the tight quarters behind the bar initially seemed to preclude.) Scene two finds Kimmy Granger and Xander Corvus getting it on in every conceivable spot of a house, including, somehow, the window sill! Anyone who can remember the heady, sex-filled days early in a relationship will probably enjoy the reckless abandon of Corvus and Granger. In scene three, Emily Blacc enjoys a tryst in the kitchen as her witless friend remains glued to the TV, while Charles Dera and Evi Rei submit to their desires while his girlfriend catches some Z’s in scene four.
Scene five adds some spice with the unexpected entry of some light bondage, when Izzy Lush gets bound to a door after her friend rebuffs her boyfriend’s BDSM-themed gift. (Izzy, of course, is much more receptive to such things, quickly volunteering to test the goody!)
