Trashy Love Story
We move from dirty mouths to trashy love! Director Kayden Kross clearly enjoys embracing provocative subjects, as has been seen in her recent efforts for the Deeper label. The same willingness is evident in her work for TrenchcoatX, too. In this 2017 effort, Kross explores the seedy, poignant couplings of lower-income characters sometimes termed “trailer trash.” As many writers have pointed out, the connection between porn and “trailer trash” is a long and winding one, so there are plenty of additional resonances in the movie for those looking for something beyond pure lust. As Adult Empire’s Willy Milano put it, Trashy Love Story is “entertaining beyond porn reasons [ . . . ] it was shot beautifully, had a good story, and was just an overall good watch.” That said, the movie certainly gives you all you can imagine in the “pure lust” category, too, with a particularly sexy showing by cover star Holly Hendrix.
