From the Makers of ‘Sex Games’: ‘One Night In Paris’
From time to time, Euro studio Marc Dorcel is able to create a porn movie that so catches audiences’ imaginations that it remains atop the Adult Empire VOD bestsellers for months. Such was the case with Megan: Escort Deluxe, which in 2017 set a VOD record with 13 straight weeks as the overall bestseller. Not to be outdone, Sex Games came along in late 2018, capturing 17 top rankings in its own right. Could One Night In Paris (now available on AE VOD) be the latest Marc Dorcel feature to become absolute required viewing for all porn lovers? If its overall quality and blockbuster story are any indication, the answer is an emphatic yes. (Or should that be “oui”?)
This time, the adventure finds two friends (Adriana Chechik and Cherry Kiss) jetting off to Europe for a visit to the continent’s most beautiful and romantic city, Paris. Though their personalities diverge (Cherry is outgoing; Adriana is shy), both will be drawn into a web of dazzling passion that befits the City of Light! As Dorcel itself noted in its original press materials announcing the movie, “While other producers tend to make performance-oriented movies, Marc Dorcel aims to enhance the spectators’ viewing of adult films through a visual experience.” That philosophy comes beautifully to life in One Night In Paris, which allows the viewer to join a glamorous world of sex fantasy that most people can only dream about. And great performances do shine through, too! Dorcel is particularly good at giving American stars a chance to inhabit new and exciting environments. They did it with Mia Malkova in Sex Games and Megan Rain in Megan: Escort Deluxe, and they’ve done it again with Chechik in One Night In Paris. While she’s known for extreme hardcore movies like Adriana Chechik: The Ultimate Slut in her American performances, she’s able to play against type here as a less experienced character. Kiss, playing a European character returning to her home continent after living in the States, makes for the perfect foil.
The movie also functions as an appropriately grand-scale salute to Marc Dorcel’s 40th anniversary, which is noted by a special gold logo on the box cover (watch for more coverage of this special 40th-anniversary milestone in future posts here on the Adult Empire Blog).
