AE Pulse July 15: ‘Unfolding’ Rebounds to #1

Week in DVD summary: The Greg Lansky brands executed a clean sweep of the top five DVD rankings, the first such five-for-five performance since Lansky’s studios did the same in the March 11 edition of Pulse. The sweep was made possible largely due to the exit of Unfolding from the DVD rankings (it dropped to number six), but said movie fared better on the VOD charts (see below). Blacked Raw Volumes 18 and 19 found themselves situated right next to each other at slots three and four, while First Anal Vol. 9 zipped from unranked status to the top five in just its first 10 days of release.
Week in Pornstars summary: NFL wide receiver Jerry Rice played his position for nearly two decades, amassing stats so staggering that few current receivers have any conceivable chance of passing him. At this point, Angela White seems in similar terrain. It was another weekly win for Angela White, who continued to pad her record-breaking streak. Alexis Texas and Jessica Jaymes held their spots, while Riley Reid and Elsa Jean both trended to rejoin the top five.
Week in VOD summary: Trans Glam‘s streak at number one didn’t last long. The movie that finally knocked Unfolding off its 18-week pedestal found itself tumbling out of the top five entirely at number seven. Unfolding, meanwhile, dusted itself off and returned to the top slot that has been its home since early March. Unfolding‘s presence atop the rankings denied Marc Dorcel a rare five-movie sweep of the VOD top five.

Week in Unlimited summary: Taboo Heat enjoyed a third straight week as the producer of Unlimited’s most popular movie, this time with the naughty-mom adventure Free Use Family. Last week’s winner, Power Harassment, dropped two spots, allowing Blackmailing the Nanny to land in the number two slot. Fill Me With Your Orgasm 6 and Totally Taboo Cumshots rounded the rankings out in spots four and five, respectively.
