Kyle Stone, a veteran male star who appeared in literally hundreds of adult movies, died last week at age 54. His career stretched back all the way to the early ’90s, when a man who could reliably perform in front of cameras was still a unique asset in the industry. “I was one of the 25 guys in this industry who could naturally perform and once the pharmaceutical companies came out with the ED drugs, pretty much almost everybody could do my job,” Stone told AVN in 2008. As drugs like Viagra expanded the scope of male talent in the field, Stone reduced his workload, often appearing in nonsex roles, but he remained a familiar face to porn fans. To salute Stone’s memorable career, we took a look back at three scenes that allowed him to show his impeccable comic timing and endearingly eccentric screen presence.

Space Nuts

Stone plays a lispingly evil general in this bestselling parody (best known for the presence of Stormy Daniels in one of her most famous roles). Despite his sinister appearance, complete with Nazi uniform and some unusual eyewear, Stone plays the role mostly for laughs as an effete, eccentric, and largely ineffective flunky in the Colonel Klink mode. In this scene, Stone’s unwinds from a long day of evildoing by conjuring up two women from a pill bottle labeled Insta-date. “This dick isn’t going to suck itself,” he jokes.

The Preacher’s Daughter

Few porn actors could play exasperated, comic rage as well as Stone! Here, he is given a plum comedic role as a frustrated minister who cannot keep his daughters from having sex with everyone in sight. Each scene is bookended by segments where Stone attempts without success to convince his daughters to behave in the way the Bible prescribes. In this excerpt, he confronts his daughter about some disturbing noises he’s been hearing coming from her room . . . “Try some prayer,” he screeches in frustration as the daughter slips off to enjoy another illicit tryst.

Cuckold Honeymoon 4

The same talent for comedic anguish displayed in The Preacher’s Daughter also served Stone well in sub/domme scenes. In Cuckold Honeymoon, he plays a pervy but amiable neighbor who gets caught sneaking a look at busty Eva Notty. She decides to invite Stone over to her house and dominate him as payback.
