Evil Angel Welcomes Proxy Paige to Its Directorial Lineup
It’s no coincidence that many NFL coaches once played the pro game themselves. Doug Pederson, the reigning Super Bowl-winning coach, is a former NFL quarterback, so he knows exactly what it’s like to absorb bone-crushing hits and call critical plays in the huddle. When he sends Nick Foles out onto the field to execute a trick play to win the Super Bowl, he can identify with the pressure-packed situation his QB finds himself in. Proxy Paige brings a similar dual-sided know-how to her new line of movies for Evil Angel. “Proxy gets hard sex. She did it. She did double anal. What a unique situation we have with her shooting and directing Double Anal Sluts. She knows what it is all about from a woman’s point of view,” Angel founder John Stagliano told AVN. (Coming from Stagliano, the man who practically invented modern porn’s obsession with anal, that level of praise is not to be overlooked!)
Paige debuted in 2010 as a hard-working but sometimes under-the-radar performer. She was even nominated for Unsung Starlet of the Year by AVN in 2014. Nevertheless, her skill at anal scenes was very difficult to miss, earning her Spank Bank’s “Rembrandt of the Gape” prize in 2016. When she decided to branch into directing, the creative freedom and hardcore style of Evil Angel made it a perfect studio match. “The goal with all my projects is to have them tailored the whole way. I care about quality all the way through. I am still perfecting my craft. With other good, creative people around, I hope my camera skills and ideas hold up to my ambitious intentions,” Paige said. Paige steals a page from Mason‘s playbook by introducing each scene with a POV interview with the featured star. The off-stage presence of Paige’s voice gives a further intimacy and directorial stamp to her movies.
The first movie in Paige’s directorial line is Double Anal Sluts, a movie that has already climbed into the top 15 current AE DVD bestsellers. Next up is Bite Size Anal Beauties, now available for pre-order. Check out Proxy’s AE director page here!
