AE Pulse May 8: ‘Black & White Vol. 9’ Beats Out ‘Lana’

Week in DVD summary: Lana fell short of establishing a Pulse record of six straight weeks at number one. It was outpaced by Black & White Vol. 9, which returned Blacked to the top slot for the first time since March. (This five-week absence was the longest for the label since March 2016, when the popularity of Emma Marx: Exposed kept Blacked out of the number-one spot for a full six weeks.) Threesome Fantasies Fulfilled returned to the top five after a one-week absence, while Anal Threesomes Vol. 2 and Interracial Icon Vol. 4 both ticked up one spot.
Week in Pornstars summary: Alexis Texas nailed down the first two-week streak in the top spot since Julia Ann won three straight in January/February. Will Alexis own 2017 the way Julia owned 2016? Other veteran stars joined her in the top five, including Sunny Leone, Angela White and Kendra Lust, who all trended upwards to varying degrees. The only relative newbie in the array was Leah Gotti, who moved from number seven to number four.
Week in VOD summary: The VOD rankings remained identical to last week’s edition, with the exception of spot number five, which was taken over by Lesbian Performers Of The 2017. As a result, Elegant Angel owned four of the top five On Demand slots, a first in Pulse history. The lone non-EA title was The Perverse Games of a Posh Wife, which remained at number two.
