Axel Braun Victimized By Yet Another Impostor

When internet con artists decide to try a porn scheme, they always seem to steal his name in service to their skulduggery. Braun was victimized by such an impostor in 2014 and now finds his famous brand being used in vain once again, this time via the website SexyJobs.com
An individual claiming to be Braun contacted adult performers offering “$1,000 for a suck/swallow scene.” The real Braun got wind of said inquiries and quickly spread word that the SexyJobs.com Axel was most definitely not the genuine article. Noting to AVN that the impostor “is obviously unaware of the industry’s terminology and rates,” Braun continued, “We should not underestimate the potential ramifications that his actions could have. Aside from the obvious confusion, there is a high risk of possible coercion into sexual acts, and I just need people to be warned and alert. Meanwhile I have reported this to the local authorities and I will be cooperating with them in hopes to thwart any possible fraudulent and criminal activities perpetrated under my name.”
Wicked Pictures compared the hoax to the much-discussed recent phenomenon of fake news, tweeting, “Don’t be seduced by #alternativefacts and #FakeNews. This is a serious issue and those responsible will feel the harshest legal remedies.”
Just as the 2016 impostor made himself obvious by use of nonstandard terminology, Braun’s 2014 faker was equally inept when it came to wordplay, outing himself as ersatz by misspelling Braun’s name as “Alex” in a signature.
The real Braun’s latest release is Axel Braun’s Busted (featuring Angela White in her first collaboration with Wicked and Braun) and the director also recently revealed that he has completed the script for a Justice League porn spoof.
