Brittany Andrews Returns to Porn, Will Shoot Non-Condom Scenes
Flashpoint, a 1997 blockbuster from Wicked Pictures, is still a popular seller on Adult Empire, but it definitely has the feel of a porn movie from an entirely different era of adult entertainment. In fact, the entirety of the film’s female cast has retired from the industry! Its headlining stars, such as Jenna Jameson, Sydnee Steele, Jill Kelly, and more, have all long since said farewell to their days in front of the camera. That’s about to change, though, because ’90s fave and Flashpoint co-star Brittany Andrews is launching a self-described “cumback”! Already an AVN Hall of Famer and performer in over 300 films, Andrews is now prepared to push forward into her incredible third decade as an adult star. She also announced she will shoot non-condom scenes for the first time in 20 years.
“Testing has come a long way from when I first got into the business,” Andrews said in a press release announcing her return. “When I started, they only tested for HIV, but now mandatory, full-panel testing is common. This makes me feel more comfortable with this decision.” Andrews has already shot a new scene with Keiran Lee, and she’ll soon be going before cameras with Johnny Sins. (Both scenes were shot with Brazzers.)
Like many performers, Andrews began her career as an exotic dancer. In 1995, she pivoted to porn after meeting legendary star Jenna Jameson during a shoot for Hustler Magazine. She announced her first retirement from porn in 2008, the same year she was inducted into AVN’s Hall of Fame. In the ensuing years, she gained fame for her mainstream projects, including movie apperances and DJ’ing, and earned XBIZ nods for Crossover Star of the Year. Her first comeback was launched in 2015, when Andrews embraced MILFdom, before she again reduced her number of performances to focus on other pursuits.
