With a shelf full of 2017 Emmys and a proclivity to poke fun at the foibles of the current presidential administration, Saturday Night Live is more a part of the national conversation than ever. The popular show celebrates its 42nd anniversary today, so we thought we’d take a look back at some of their porn-related sketches through the years.

The Porn Teacher

SNL spoofs a classic Brazzers-style scenario. Kyle Mooney and Amy Schumer play a teacher and student whose illicit interlude is constantly interrupted by a well-meaning but clueless classmate. SNL’s “corny porn pun” game is strong in this one: “He got 68 on his last test. Now I’m gonna show him how to get a 69.” (“Yeah, but that’s still a D+,” the student wryly observes.)

Porn Stars: Moët & Chandon Champagne

Justin Timberlake guest stars in this spoof that finds two former pornstars attempting to re-invent themselves as pitchmen. They run afoul of tricky French pronunciations, among many other things. (“Magnum cum loudly” is probably the most entertaining play on words in this sequence.)

Porn Stars with James Franco and Seth Rogen

This follows up the previous installment in a similar manner, this time with guest stars Franco and Rogen. The spoof product the erstwhile pornstars are shilling changes from champagne to yachts. (“We aren’t pornstars anymore, but that doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy the freedom of standing at the front of a ship and getting blasted in the face.”)

Porn Doctor

Aidy Bryant, the amiable but confused student from “The Porn Teacher” sketch above, stumbles into yet another porn scenario.
