AE Pulse May 29: The ‘Obsession’ Continues

Week in DVD summary: An obsession never abates easily, and porn fans’ fixation with Kendra’s Obsession from Blacked is showing no signs of slowing down either. The movie won its second straight week as the DVD bestseller but had three archival titles breathing down its neck: Threesome Fantasies Fulfilled, Pirates and Top Guns. The latter two movies found themselves in the top five thanks to their presence in Adult Empire’s ongoing Massive 5 Studio sale. Black & White Vol. 9 also trended one spot upward.
Week in Pornstars summary: Kendra’s movie may have remained in the number-one DVD slot, but the star herself slipped slightly in this week’s Pulse, falling three slots to the edge of the rankings. Sunny Leone held steady at number one, becoming just the second retired star in Pulse history to record back-to-back weeks on top. Alexis Texas ticked back up after a slight dip in the previous edition of Pulse, but Valentina Nappi owned the week’s biggest surge: a whopping 29 positions.
Week in VOD summary: Transgender titles are becoming regular winners on the VOD charts! TS Playground 27 won the week, following in the footsteps of several earlier installments of the series that accomplished the same feat. Elegant Angel‘s Supersquirt 7 fell two slots, but another of the studio’s titles, Hard Reign 2, zipped up four spots to number two. Cum Inside Me Vol. 3 and Babysitting the Baumgartners rounded out the list by each trending upward one position.
