Bonnie Rotten Says ‘Guten Tag’ to Germany and Switzerland
Sometimes, a change of scenery is just what you need. Orson Welles left Hollywood behind for Europe and made some of his best late-career films there. Steve Jobs and the Beatles re-invigorated themselves with stays in India. Bonnie Rotten will become the latest talent to seek a burst of creative energy in a new location when she heads to Europe. The tattooed star will shoot eight scenes over two weeks, with stops in Berlin, Germany and Zurich, Switzerland. Why the momentarily change of locale? Rotten says she’s “feeling too hot for the U.S.”
“Going to Europe to shoot is another dream come true for me,” Rotten told XBIZ. “Germans are known for really intense sex and I’m totally up for that. It’s going to be a great experience!”
It’s another exciting venture in what has been an active year for Bonnie, who captured AVN’s Female Performer of the Year award and also has made some of her first forays into directing. We’re guessing that Europe will miss Bonnie when she says “Auf widersehen” to her across-the-pond tour!
