‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ Lead Actors Revealed

After months of speculation of who would be bringing it’s steamy hardcore sex scenes to life, we finally have an answer.  Drum-roll please…Christian Grey will be portrayed by Charlie Hunnam.  The role of Anastasia Steele will be filled by Dakota Johnson, daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson.

The announcement was revealed on Monday by the book’s author E.L. James.  James took to her Twitter page to announce the news.  “I am delighted to let you know that the lovely Dakota Johnson has agreed to be our Anastasia in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey,” she wrote.  Minutes later she tweeted, “The gorgeous and talented Charlie Hunnam will be Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.”The film is set to hit theaters next August.UPDATE: CHARLIE HUNNAM HAS DROPPED OUT OF THE ROLE.  JAMIE DORNAN WILL NOW PLAY CHRISTIAN GREY.
